Prof. Tjitra has performed academic research as well as international management consultancy, training, assessment, and coaching in Asia and Europe. His working areas are focused on intercultural management, human resource development and organizational transformation. Prior to coming to China in the late 2003, he used to live and work in Germany for fourteen years and was responsible for the global diversity as well as Asian business and management development practices of leading HR consulting companies in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Aschaffenburg (Germany).

In addition to his academic research and teaching, he has established a consultancy with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Jakarta. He has a Dipl.-Psych. (Organizational Psychology) from the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany) and Dr.-Phil. (Cross-cultural Psychology) from the University of Regensburg (Germany).


Dr. Hana Panggabean
Dean of Faculty of Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia

Dr. Panggabean is a  faculty member at the Faculty of Psychology, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Her academic works focus on the cross-cultural/intercultural psychology and organizational psychology.  Within the scope of her works at the university, her organizational practices include employee assessment, intercultural workshops and focus group discussions, organizational diagnostic survey, and corporate culture programs. In addition to her academic career, Dr. Panggabean carries out practices in HR management and organizational area.

Dr. Panggabean has a Bachelor of Psychology and her professional degree as Psychologist  from the University of Indonesia, and Dr.-Phil. (Cross-cultural Psychology) from the University of Regensburg (Germany).


Dr. Phil. Juliana Murniati  
Dean of Faculty of Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia

Dr. Murniati has more than 20 years of experience as lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. She earned a Doctoral (Dr. Phil) degree from Friedrich Schiller University, Jena-German with specialization in the field of social psychology.

In addition to her duties as dean of the Faculty of Psychology Atmajaya, she is active as a researcher and provides related studies on cross cultural competency,  global leadership and social psychology topics.

Professor of Cross Cultural Psychology Faculty of Psychology, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia

Prof. Setiadi conducts research on leadership, cross-cultural psychology and indigenous psychology. Prior to joining Atma Jaya Indonesia Catholic University, she worked at the Faculty of Psychology University of Indonesia and performed management consultancy works with the Institute of Applied Psychology University of Indonesia (LPT UI). Afterwards, she joined the Faculty of Psychology, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and later on became the Rector of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (2003-2007).

She graduated from University of Indonesia (Dra, Psychologist) and attained her postgraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA in measurement and cross-cultural psychology (MA, Ph.D).


Yaya Winarno Junardy

Mr. Junardy has more than 35 years of experience especially in general management and marketing in various industries. More than 25 years of said work experience is in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunication especially in the area of Systems Engineering and Application SW in various industries. He has also work experience in multinational environment from 1981 to 1993 either at head quarter or country operations including in IBM Southeast Asia Region in Hong Kong, IBM Far East HQ in New York and IBM Asia Pacific Group in Tokyo.

He holds various positions in Government and Civil Service Organization (CSO) related to professional, art and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), including National Research Council, United Nations Global Compact, Asia Pacific Marketing Federation, World Bonsai Friendship Federation, Indonesia Marketing Association, etc.
