Theme: A reflection of passage to career zenith: intercultural experience and studying abroad as a starting point and base of success.

Global Indonesian Network (GI-Net) Sharing Dialogue between academic and business practices will be held on June 23, 2012, at Atma Jaya Indonesian Catholic University.  

Based on our career analyses from the top 45 Indonesian companies, results indicate that 50% of BOD (Board of Directors) had studied abroad, and 25% of them had started their career in MNCs (Multi-National Companies).

In this coming event, participants with intense intercultural experience will discuss and share their ups and downs, challenges and opportunities, and cultural adaptation on their way to career zenith in Indonesia."
