Global Indonesian Network
Networking is one of the most important aspects in business community. For us, we need build the strong connections with the companies for the purpose of our corporate research – data collection, research validity and possible application. This long line of research had begin for nearly 18 years in the field of Indonesian cross-cultural leadership, intercultural competence and behavioral change.
In order to gain mutual cooperation between the two parties, Tjitra & associates had been working on the idea to establish a series of dialogues sharing between academic research and corporate practices since our successful event “from Local Manager to Global Leader” in July last year. In line with our theme, Global Indonesian Network would like to provide a dialogue platform for all Indonesian who work actively in international context. The main objectives are promoting a closer academic-practices dialogue, and a solicit industry feedback, ensuring that research addresses the needs of businesses and organizations in Indonesia and beyond, establishing a common platform of learning and sharing where theory meets reality, and presenting as well as discussing an actionable business implications during the session.
The initiatives of Global Indonesian Network was supported by Atma Jaya as host, and strategic partnership with other organizations, e.g. Zhejiang University, as well as the media partner : Brava Radio.
